What’s Golem Base L3?

Golem Base is introducing a new kind of blockchain infrastructure: L3 DB-Chains.

These chains are optimized not for tokens or transfers, but for structured, persistent data, making them ideal for decentralized identities, collaborative applications, registries, and more.

But with new infrastructure comes the need for new tooling.

So far, interacting with L3 DB-Chains has been powerful, but also a bit opaque. Without dedicated tooling, developers haven’t had an easy way to see what’s happening under the hood.

That’s where the L3 Explorer comes in.

Why We’re Building the L3 Explorer

With our background in Web3 infrastructure and blockchain tooling, Neti is teaming up with Golem to help close this visibility gap.

Together, we’re building a lightweight, modular, and user-friendly explorer that opens up Golem’s L3 DB-Chains, making them observable, explorable, and verifiable.

Think Etherscan for data.

The L3 Explorer will allow users and developers to:

• Track data entities and their full lifecycle (create, update, expire, delete)
• Monitor real-time activity across chains
• Search for data by key, account, or transaction
• Understand how applications behave at the data layer
• Monitor chain usage, growth, and performance
• Switch between L3s easily via a unified interface
